At this time, all prices are exclusively in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We are working hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. We are just as eager for you to start enjoying your new products as you are eager to receive them! Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be shipped out. We strive to get your products to you in 3-5 business days, however, production speed and shipping times do vary. Tracking numbers will be available after your order has been SHIPPED.
If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at winkusa@yahoo.com so we can make it right.
What is the policy in the event I am not satisfied with a product?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You will have 30 days after contacting us to send your item back to us for a full refund. You are responsible for purchasing your own label to mail the package back to us. Once we have received your product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Kindly include your name and order number on your returned parcel to ensure your refund is processed correctly and promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You are eligible for free cancellation on any order you place as long as you do so before the item(s) shipped. If the item is already shipped, please refer to the aforementioned steps to receive a full refund.
Help! I have entered an incorrect address and the order is already placed.
No problem! If you have entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address. Kindly notify us at winkusa@yahoo.com if the original address entered is incorrect so we can promptly update it without any order delays. No refund will be given after 24 hours of an incorrect address submission if we haven’t been notified.
